The Dessauer Group cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. All products and services offered through FORGE are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on ForgedByAris.com or in any FORGE content is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings.

FORGE memberships are offered as a one-time founding member fee plus a monthly subscription. Your membership continues month-to-month unless you cancel. You must provide a current, valid payment method to maintain access.
To cancel your membership, contact us at support@forgedbyaris.com before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
FORGE offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the platform or content for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us in writing at support@forgedbyaris.com to request a refund. Refund requests after 30 days will not be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Access to FORGE features, documents, tools, and ARIS AI coaching is provided as-is and subject to availability. The Dessauer Group reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or content at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions in service or changes to platform features.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
All FORGE content, including but not limited to the ARIS AI system, Document Vault materials, platform design, training content, and branding, is owned by The Dessauer Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use FORGE content for your personal investment education and execution. No portion of FORGE may be reproduced, distributed, or resold without express written permission from The Dessauer Group.
FORGE and ARIS are trademarks of The Dessauer Group. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dessauer Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FORGE, including but not limited to investment losses, business decisions made based on FORGE content, or interruptions in platform access.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Indiana.
